DIP TESTER MALCOM DS-11 dùng để đo nhiệt độ lò Solder Wave trên dây truyền linh kiện cắm lỗ AI. Thiết bị sẽ monitoring nhiệt độ thiếc hàn, cứ 0.1 giây máy sẽ lấy mẫu 1lần. Thiết bị DS-11 được trang bị NEW DIP TIME SENSOR cho kết quả đo chính xác hơn. Kết quả Trend nhiệt độ sẽ được hiển thị sau khi kết nối với máy tính qua cáp USB. Với phần mền chuyên dụng máy sẽ cho phép phán đoán kết quả OK / NG. Máy sẽ được hiệu chuẩn trước khi đưa vào hoạt động và JST có cung cấp đầy đủ dịch vụ sửa chữa thay thế linh kiện.
